It’s our pleasure to introduce you to Stephen Sides, Dossier’s new concierge.

He’s going to be instrumental in making our daily operations run smoothly by creating some processes, fine-tuning others, and generally bringing order to the happy chaos that is Dossier. (And let us be clear: delightful order > happy chaos, hands down.)

We asked Stephen to tell you a little bit about himself. Here’s what he had to say:

I’M FAIRLY INSATIABLE WHEN IT COMES TO:

Science fiction and fantasy fiction. (Ahem. We hired him even before we’d detected any hints of these proclivities! – Emma)(Though is it really a surprise that we’d be drawn to someone with the same interests? After all, Emma and I did meet through William Gibson, all those years ago. – Katie) I love everything from Joss Whedon’s Firefly and Buffy the Vampire Slayer shows to James S. A. Corey’s The Expanse to Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451 to Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files to—ok, so the list keeps going on and on…  

FAVORITE BOOKS/MOVIES/MUSIC/ARTISTS:

Ok, you get two of each!

Books: Yes, Please by Amy Poehler and The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman (The latter is apparently a Dossier favorite across the board! – E&K)

Movies: Beauty & the Beast and Ordinary People (there are so many more but these give you an idea of the spectrum lol)

Dairy goat farmer. I’d love to go back to my roots one day and raise Nigerian Dwarf, Alpine, and LaMancha dairy goats. (Let’s have adjoining land! I’ll cuddle the goats and make cheese. Deal? – E)(I’m on my way over with wine for goat-cuddling. -K)
